If you're worried about the impact of coronavirus on your finances, we want to reassure you that we're still here to help.

Mortgages

If you would like to understand the options available to you when your coronavirus payment holiday comes to an end, our online service will help you do this.

Our mortgage payment holiday calculator will show you how your monthly payments could change after your payment holiday ends.

If you are worried about your finances or are having payment difficulties, there are still a number of ways that we can try to help you.

Credit Cards

If you currently have a payment holiday, please ensure you make at least your minimum payment when it comes to an end. Your statement will show the amount you owe and the date it’s due.

We will write to you at least 4 weeks before your your payment holiday is due to end

If you are worried about not being able to make your next payment or your finances in general, please contact us. We can discuss your account and explain what options are available to you.

You can call us on 0800 028 6692. We’re here 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.

Personal Loans

If you've already taken a payment holiday, please complete our online form before it ends. We will use the information you provide to make sure we're giving you enough support to manage your account.

Overdrafts

We're no longer accepting applications for a £500 interest-free overdraft buffer, however you can still request an arranged overdraft if you don't currently have one.
