You can submit a home insurance claim by calling 0800 197 1613.
We’re working with our suppliers to keep any disruption to our claims process to a minimum, however our repairers will keep you updated if there are any possible delays relating to your individual repair, such as a delay to sourcing parts or materials.
Documents can take up to 2 weeks to arrive by post from the date you purchased your policy.
Please email us at priority.mailbox@uk.rsagroup.com to let us know if you have not received your documents within this time.
If you would like Virgin Money’s new home insurance partner, Uinsure, to offer you a quote at your renewal date you don’t need to take any action as Uinsure will send out a quote at least 21 days before your renewal date.

If you wish more details on the new Virgin Money home insurance products and service these will be included in the pack that will be sent out at least 21 days before your current renewal date providing you have not opted out of having you information passed to Uinsure.
