If you need to change the colour, font style or size of the text, follow these links:

We can provide the following options for all information on our products:

Using our site with the help of screen readers

All of our Stores and Lounges have a portable induction loop system for use at counters and interview points.
Let us know before you visit and we can offer extra support at an appointment, including:

Using our ATMs
If you need money on the go, we can help. Wherever we can, our ATMs are installed at an accessible height for wheelchair users. If you experience difficulties accessing or using any of our ATMs, please ask a Store or Lounge colleague for help or a demonstration.
Using your voice instead of a keyboard and mouse
Your computer or device can be set up to use spoken words to control your browser and other software.
Search your settings for 'voice recognition', 'speech recognition' or 'dictation' options. Or for more advanced voice recognition software, try Dragon Naturally Speaking.
Some of our pages still need updating to make everything run smoothly, but we're on the case. If you find a page that doesn't work, please email our Disability Awareness Team and we'll do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
