Virgin Experience Days Christmas prize draw

  1. Who can enter?
    • You need to be 18 or older and a resident in the UK.
    • Sorry, Virgin Money (Clydesdale Bank PLC) employees and contractors can’t enter.
  2. When can you enter?
    • You can enter anytime between 5pm Thursday 14th November and midnight Wednesday 20th November 2024.
  3. How do you enter?


    You can enter via Instagram or Facebook:

    1. Enter via our prize draw post that is shared from the @VirginMoney and @VirginExperienceDays Instagram pages, or the @VirginMoneyUK Facebook page.
    2. If you enter via Instagram, follow @VirginMoney and @VirginExperienceDays if you aren’t already.
    3. If you enter via Facebook, like @VirginMoneyUK and @VirginExperienceDays if you haven’t already.
    4. Comment and tag who you'd like to win and tell us why they're amazing.
    5. You can’t enter on behalf of anyone else.
    6. You can only enter once.
  4. How will the winner be chosen?
    • We’ll choose each winner at our discretion.
    • We will re-draw if a winner doesn’t respond to our Instagram or Facebook DM within 5 days or isn’t eligible to win.
  5. What is the Prize?
    • 5 x Virgin Experience Days gift cards worth £100 each. You can use the gift card to spend on a hotel stay, a day out or any experience on www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk. Each winner will receive 1 gift card worth £100.
    • Each winner will be sent an Instagram or Facebook DM with a gift card number and PIN code which will provide instructions on how to redeem your gift card through the Virgin Experience Days website.
    • You can redeem your gift card on the Virgin Experience website up until 12th November 2025. You just need to order your chosen experience (or experiences) by then. Once you’ve done that, you will have further time (typically a further 9 months) to actually book your slot for experiences. You can check the exact length of time by clicking the “Additional Details” tab for any experiences you’re interested in.
    • We hope you have a great time on your chosen experience. Make sure to check any terms and instructions that apply for your experience!
    • If you win, you can't change your Prize for anything else, including cash. Also, you can’t give your Prize to anyone else (…why would you want to?!)
    • You can only win one prize.
  6. How do you know if you have won?
    • We’ll contact the winners via Instagram or Facebook DM by 22nd November 2025 to tell them they’ve won a Prize. The winners need to respond to our message to confirm that they would like to accept the prize within 5 days.
    • We’ll send the Prize to the winners by 25th November 2024. Each winner will be issued a gift card number and PIN code via DMs which will provide instructions on how to redeem your gift card through the Virgin Experience Days website. You must use your voucher code by 12th November 2025, after which time it will expire.
  7. What else do you need to know?
    • We’ll use your personal information to help us run the Prize Draw. You can find out more about how we use your personal information at https://uk.virginmoney.com/security/.
    • Although we’ll be working closely with our friends at Virgin Experience Days, we aren't responsible for their offers or any marketing on their websites. Just get in touch with them if you have any queries or concerns.
    • Other entrants can ask us for the winners’ surnames and the county where they live, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Virgin Experience Days Christmas 2024 Prize Draw, Virgin Money, Jubilee House, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4PL. The winners agree that we can tell other entrants or the Advertising Standards Authority these details, if asked. If the winners have concerns about this, they can get in touch to discuss.
    • This Prize Draw is being run by us, so you’re only providing your details to us and not Instagram or Facebook.
    • Only English law applies to this Prize Draw.
    • If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t because it’s something we can’t reasonably control, or it’s not our fault, then we may have to make changes to this Prize Draw. This includes suspending or ending it early. We can make such changes without giving you notice. However, we’ll try our best to avoid making changes. And we’ll try to minimise any disappointment to you when we make changes.
    • On the odd occasion, disputes happen in relation to prize draws. We really hope to avoid them! If any problems come up, we will try to resolve them quickly. We’ll make the final decision in relation to any issues relating to the running of this Prize Draw.
