From 1st September 2016, we will no longer charge a minimum handling fee for cash transactions you make in the UK and abroad.
This includes withdrawals from a cash machine, over the counter at a bank, foreign currency purchases and gambling transactions.
Interest and fees will still be charged at your standard rate which can be found on your statement.
