Dealing with money worries is never an easy task. But simply ignoring the situation and hoping everything gets better is never the answer. If you find you’re having difficulty meeting your monthly Virgin Credit Card payments, here are some steps to help you get back on track

  1. Take a fresh look at your budget. If you can see what’s coming in and going out on a monthly basis, you’ll have a better understanding of your finances. To help with this we’ve provided a monthly budget form, so you can track your income and expenses.

  3. Talk to us. We understand speaking to anyone about financial worries can be difficult. We’re here to help and work with you to ensure the best possible outcome. Don’t put off talking to us until the situation gets out of hand. The sooner we hear from you, the quicker we can work with you to get you back on your feet.

Budget planner

We can help you work out a budget by adding up your monthly bills and looking at other financial commitments. By thinking about everything from gas and electricity bills, to big one-off purchases such as holidays or appliances for the home, you should have a better idea of what you can and can't afford.
