UK Finance, the UK’s banking and finance trade association has been working with a number of member firms and with key charities, victim support groups and government departments to create a Consumer Information leaflet - "It's your money".
This leaflet outlines what financial abuse is, particular consumer groups at risk and things that you can talk to your financial services provider about. The leaflet also lists contact details of key charities and other support agencies that can provide additional practical advice and support.
