If you confirmed you can afford to accept the new minimum payment we will confirm this in writing. You’ll be able to carry on using your card to make purchases in store or online. But you won’t be able to make balance transfers, money transfers or cash advances until your current balance has been paid in full.
If you confirmed you don’t want to accept the changes, your minimum payment will stay the same and you won’t be able to use your card at all. Once you’ve paid back the money you owe we’ll then close your account.
