When your Online Fixed Rate Bond matures, unless you tell us otherwise, your account will automatically transfer to a new Instant Savings Account.

You can add, withdraw money or close your account at any time. You’ll also be able to manage your account using the new Virgin Money mobile app, online, over the phone or in Store.

You will also receive a statement in the post shortly after the closure of the funding period, confirming the amount you have invested in your Online Fixed Rate Bond.
Interest will be paid gross. Gross interest is the interest without taking account of any tax payable. If you earn interest over your Personal Savings Allowance you will be required to pay any tax due directly to HM Revenue and Customs. Withdrawals are not permitted during the life of the term except in the event of the death of the account holder.
