General Cashback Queries
If you've got one of the following accounts, you can register for cashback:
- M Plus Account
- Club M Account
- M Account
- Current Account Control
- Current Account Tracker
- Private Current Account
- Virgin Money Credit Card
- Virgin Atlantic Credit Card
You can view all available offers in the Virgin Money Cashback section of the app. Once registered, all you need to do is spend and you'll earn cashback on offers automatically.
Once you've got some Available Cashback, it should take three to five days to send the money to your bank account or credit card.
Current account cashback
If you haven't already registered, go to the Discover section in the main menu and select Virgin Money Cashback. You'll earn cashback on available offers using the current accounts registered in the app.
Yes, With a joint current account, both account holders can sign up to Virgin Money Cashback in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app. You can each earn cashback on your spending with your own cashback account.
Just remember, some current account cashback is related to the account rather than any account holder. Only one account holder will receive cashback on offers like Direct Debits, or bank account switches made through the Current Account Switch Service. To see who this account holder is, visit your cashback account profile in your app. You can change who receives account level cashback once every 30 days.
Once you sign up for Virgin Money Cashback, all your current accounts will be automatically registered so you can start earning cashback across all your current accounts straight away.
Credit card cashback
If you haven't already registered, go to the More menu in the app to find the Virgin Money Cashback pages. You'll earn cashback on available offers using the credit card registered in the app.
If you’ve got more than one Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic Credit Card account, you can have a separate Cashback account for each card. Once your card is set up on the app, just switch to your new card by going to the Card menu. Next, go to the More menu and manage your cashback for that card too.
If you're ready to cash in, you can do this in our app. You can transfer cashback to your UK bank account or send it to your Virgin Money Credit Card. It won't count towards your Requested Payment though.You can also trade up for an e-Gift voucher at participating merchants.
No - but it will come off the amount you owe. Don't forget to keep paying the Requested Payment on time and in full. Remember, card purchases may be subject to interest charges. It's best to try and pay off as much as you can afford each month. Direct Debit is the simplest way to pay. You can set one up and change it easily in the app.
