Your new account: sign in and set up

[0:02] Investments and Pensions Online Service. Your new account: sign in and set up (from 8 January 2024).

[0:05] A tablet device slides up from the bottom of the screen.

[0:07] On the welcome screen, tap 'Sign in to my account’.

[0:12] The cursor scrolls down the page and navigates to the link ‘Sign in to my account’.

[0:14] The page loads the Online Service sign in page.

[0:15] Sign in with your investment or pension username and password.

[0:18] The cursor moves to the input fields and types in the username and password.

[0:21] The cursor moves to the sign in button and clicks it.

[0:22] The page loads a welcome screen with the customers name on, detailing next steps.

[0:23] We’ll ask you to confirm a few details and create a username and password.

[0:29-0:47] The screen transitions through a series of screens, such as email confirmation, nationality and then username and password creating.

[0:48] For extra security, set up your two-step verification.

[0:48] The screen transitions to a form, where a mobile number is entered in twice to confirm and then the cursor clicks the ‘Continue’ button.

[0:54] The screen transitions to a form, where a verification code is required.

[0:55] A red bubble pops on screen as a notification icon draws on to signify the customer receiving a PIN via text message.

[0:58] The red bubble disappears and the cursor clicks on the field and enters the PIN.

[1:03] Choose how you want to hear from us.

[1:03] The screen transitions to list of various marketing communications, the cursor moves and selects ‘phone’ and ‘post’ as the options to not receive. The cursor then clicks the ‘Continue’ button.

[1:09] The screen transitions to a completion screen.

[1:11] All done! Don’t forget to download the Virgin Money Investments app to manage your account on the go.

[1:11-1:14] The screen scrolls down to show the mobile app promotion at the bottom of the screen, and scrolls back up.

[1:15] The cursor clicks on the button ‘Go to my account’.

[1:18] The screen transitions to the customers account homepage.

[1:20] The text fades as the tablet device slides out of the bottom of the screen.

[1:21] The screen fades to red and the Virgin Money logo reveals.
