Checking your eligibility

To make sure the Club M Account is still right for you, it’s important to review the eligibility criteria for the benefits included in your account.

Select an insurance below to view the qualifying criteria and make sure you, and anyone else covered under the policy, still meet the requirements.

All of the people insured must be under 75 years old.

Children must be under 18 years old and either in full-time education or living with the account holder.

Any partner must live with the Club M Account holder

All of the people insured must have been living in the UK or Channel Islands for at least six of the last 12 months and continue to hold this status to remain eligible.

You will only need to give AIG a call and go through the screening process if you answer 'yes' to any of the following pre-existing medical condition questions in respect of yourself or anyone else insured on the policy.

AIG will confirm whether coverage for the pre-existing medical conditions can be provided either at no cost or for an additional amount. If you answer 'yes' but do not call AIG, any pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered.
