Checking your eligibility

To make sure the Club M Account is right for you, it’s important to review the eligibility criteria for the benefits included in your account.

Select an insurance below to view the qualifying criteria and make sure you, and anyone else covered under the policy, meet the requirements. For full details of coverage and exclusions, please see your Club M Account Insurance policy wording and Insurance Product Information Document.

All adults insured must be under 75 years old and live at the same address.

Children must be under 18 years old and either in full-time education or living with the account holder.

All of the people insured must have been living in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man for at least six of the last 12 months and continue to hold this status to remain eligible.

You will only need to give Travel Guard a call and go through the screening process if you answer 'yes' to any of the following pre-existing medical condition questions in respect of yourself or anyone else insured on the policy.

Travel Guard will confirm whether coverage for the pre-existing medical conditions can be provided either at no cost or for an additional amount. If you answer 'yes' but do not call Travel Guard, any pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered.
