Get the app

Download Virgin Red (from the App Store for iOS, or Google Play for Android).

Register and verify

Once registered, click on the Virgin logo in the app and verify as a Virgin Money Credit Card customer. Its really simple and it means you'll unlock exclusive content.


Browse the fantastic range of offers. Plus as a thank you, by spending on your Credit Card you will unlock even more exclusive offers.

Remember, card purchases may be subject to interest charges. It’s best to try and pay off as much as you can afford each month. Direct Debit is the simplest way to pay. You can set one up and change it easily in Online Service.

What is Virgin Red?

Virgin Red is a cool app that gives you access to special offers, events and experiences from across the Virgin group and our specially selected partners.

How do I access the offers for Credit Card customers?

First, get yourself verified as a Credit Card customer in the app and you will automatically get access to exclusive content. If you spend on your card you will unlock more rewards.

The app syncs with your Credit Card, when you spend on your card in any statement period you will unlock the additional offers in the app for the following calendar month. Remember Balance Transfers and Money Transfers do not count as retail spend.

Here's an example: if your statement is produced on 20 April, simply spend on your card at least once between 21 March and 20 April, and you will unlock the additional offers for the whole month of May.

I can't verify my Virgin Money Credit Card account?

Check that you have entered all the details correctly. These must match the details on your Virgin Money Credit Card account. If you are still having problems get in touch by calling us on 0800 011 3210. We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
