When to claim for a refund

If you used your Virgin Money debit card and something we wrong, we might be able to help get a refund.

This is called a 'chargeback claim', because we'll do whatever we can to claim the money back for you. Maybe something arrived damaged, is incomplete or wasn't delivered at all. Let us know and we'll see if we can help you dispute this with the seller.

You can claim anytime between 30 days after payment and 120 days after the goods or services were due. It's usually quickest to claim online. Or call us if that's easier.
