Before you start

This form helps you raise a claim against a purchase you've made using your Virgin Money debit card, but you've not received the goods or services.

To do this you will need:

  • Your sort code and account number
  • Your personal details on the account (name, address, date of birth)
  • To ensure 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • All statements which relate to the disputed transaction including purchase details, information on your claim and any contact with your retailer.

You must be the account holder to complete this form.
