When to claim for a refund
If you used your Virgin Money debit card and something went wrong, we might be able to help get a refund.
This is called a 'chargeback claim', because we'll do whatever we can to claim the money back for you. Maybe something arrived damaged, is incomplete or wasn't delivered at all. Let us know and we'll see if we can help you dispute this with the seller.
Didn't pay with a debit card?
If you paid with a credit card, use our credit card dispute service.
For Direct Debit, standing order and other payment disputes, contact us.
Before you claim
- Contact the seller
It's usually the quickest way to get a refund and we can't help until you've tried.
- Get your claim details
If contacting the seller hasn't worked, you'll need this to claim:
Debit card details, including the sort code and account number on the card
Payment details, including when and how much you paid
Order details - the more info the better, so check receipts or invoices
