You can now raise a debit card dispute directly in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app. It's quick and secure, and you won't need to call us or re-enter your payment details.

Here's how

1. Open the Virgin Money app.
2. Go to your transaction history.
3. Tap the payment you want to dispute.
4. Select 'Need help with this transaction?' and follow the steps.

Raise your claim using Internet Banking

If you can't use the Virgin Money app, you can raise your claim through Internet Banking instead.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to Virgin Money Internet Banking.
2. Go to accounts.
3. Select 'More' arrow on the transaction you want to dispute.
4. Select 'Need help with this payment'.
5. Select 'Dispute payment.
6. Complete following steps.

I haven't received my refund, credit or replacement

You can claim anytime between 15 and 120 days after the refund, credit or replacement was promised. We'll also need proof of what was agreed to take on your claim.
