I've received a Statement of Credit Interest before. Do I need to request make a request every year?
No. If you’ve received a for your account before, we’ll automatically send you one for every tax year that follows. The new certificate will be sent to you in April each year.
Once we’ve received your request, your statement will be sent to you via post within four weeks. Due to Covid-19, requests are taking a little longer than usual so we appreciate your patience at this time.
