You can request a statement for:
- a current account with sort code starting 08
- a standard savings account with sort code starting 08
Just remember
You'll need to be the account holder, or have permission to act on the account, to use this form.
If you have more than one account, you’ll need to send a separate request for each one.
Bear in mind
- We'll post the statement to the address we have on file for the account holder.
- If you've received a statement for this account before, we’ll automatically send you one for each tax year after that.

What type of account do you have?
If you have an online account with us, you can get your statement once you’ve signed in.
You'll find it by:
- selecting the account you need
- choosing Account options
- selecting Interest and tax, then View interest and tax
You can order statments for both the current and previous tax year.
Sign into Online ServiceIf you have a postal or branch account, you can complete a request form to ask for a statement of credit interest.
You can request a statement for:
- the last tax year
- the tax year before that
