Use this form to ask for a statement of credit interest for your Virgin Money account.
You can request a statement for:
- an M Plus Account, M Account or Club M Account
- any other current account with a sort code starting 05 or 82
Just remember
You'll need to be the account holder, or have permission to act on the account, to use this form.
If you have more than one account, you'll need to send a separate request for each one.
How you'll get your statement
- If you've chosen paperless statements, we'll send your statement to the Documents section in the app or online banking.
- If you receive paper statements, we'll post it to the address we hold for you.
- We don't send statements by email.

Request a statement of credit interest for your savings or current account for the last tax year.
From the end of April 2026, we will be mailing all Personal customers who had an account where credit interest of £500 and over was paid in the tax year ending 5th April 2026. We are also mailing Private customers where credit interest was paid, regardless of the amount. So, if you are one of these customers, you will receive a Statement of Credit Interest shortly and do not need to request one.
If you order a statement now it will relate to the tax year ended 05th April 2025

We keep records for up to 7 years.

- If it's sent by post, we usually send statements within 10 working days. During busy periods, it can take up to 4 weeks.
