Before you start
Use this form if you have not received something you paid for with your Virgin Money debit card. We'll check your claim and see if we can help get your money back.
To claim you'll need:
- Your sort code and account number
- Your personal details on the account
- Your payment details as shown on your bank statement or transactions online
- To claim between 30 days after you paid and no more than 120 days after the goods or services were due
