How to claim

If you need to make a claim, don't worry — we'll deal with it quickly.
There are just four steps:

  1. Email or call us to get things started.
  2. We'll reply and send your claim form to you.
  3. Complete the form and send it back to us with any documents we’ve asked for, either by post or email.
  4. We'll process your claim.
