Support in Branch

When you visit us, we’ll make sure you can get the support you need:

  • You’re welcome to bring someone with you, and assistance dogs are always allowed.
  • We can write things down so you have a record to take away.
  • Ask for a quieter space or a longer appointment if that would help.
  • Our Speak Easy cards use simple words and pictures, so you can point to what you need without having to say it.

Chip and Signature card

If remembering your PIN is difficult, we can give you a Chip and Signature card instead.

Power of attorney

If you’d like someone you trust to help with your banking, you can set up a power of attorney or give third-party access. That means they can talk to us and carry out transactions for you.
