Support in branch

When you visit us, we’ll make sure you can get the support you need:

  • You’re welcome to bring someone with you, and assistance dogs are always allowed.
  • If you’d like extra time or a quieter space, ask a colleague.
  • We can write things down so you have a record to take away.
  • Our Speak Easy cards use simple words and pictures, so you can point to what you need without having to say it.

We can try to arrange for a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter to support your visit.

If you’d rather not speak on the phone, you can use Relay UK. It’s a free text-based service that lets you communicate with us securely.
