An alternative to calling
You can use Relay UK, a text-based service, to communicate with us securely.
With this service you can choose to:
- type and read
- type and hear
- speak and read
You can download their app or use it on a textphone (Minicom).

Download and setup the appTo call us you’ll need to:
- open the app
- dial 18001 followed by the number you want to call
- join the call in your app

Support in Store
You are welcome to bring someone with you. You can also ask for us to write things down, a quiet space and an extended appointment. If you make a request in advance, we can try to provide a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.
All of our Stores welcome assistance dogs and have portable hearing loops.

Credit cards: Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Current accounts: Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm.

Call charges and information0800 numbers are free from UK landlines and personal mobile phones.
