You should include disability benefit income. However, please do not include as income any other benefits, tax credits, or if you are furloughed or have applied for the self-employed income support scheme. If there is no income, please enter 0.
Provide details of any commitments that will remain outstanding on completion. This could include credit cards, store cards, mail order accounts, unsecured loans, hire purchase and contract hire agreements or second charge loans.
Please include... Household and Communications costs (Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, phone, internet, TV etc). Housekeeping (Food, Drink, Tobacco, Clothing, Pets, Medical, Dental etc). Childcare and Education (School, College, University Fees, Childcare). Car and Travel (Vehicle Tax, Insurances, Vehicle Maintenance, Fuel, Public Transport). Insurance and Investments (Buildings and Contents, Life Assurance, Endowments, Pensions etc).
