Investments and Pensions Online Service is separate from other types of Virgin Money accounts you might have, with different sign in details.

You’ll need to register new sign in details to use Online Service from January 2024. You’ll only need to do this once.

If you know the Customer ID and PIN you used to sign in to Investments and Pensions Online Service before January 2024 head to the sign in page. Input your previous sign in ID in Username and your PIN in password.

If you live overseas, or you are the guardian for a junior pension account, call us on 03455 28 88 88.

If you don’t know your previous sign in details - please request a PIN Link opens in a new window to register. You’ll need your ‘VIR’ account number, which you’ll find on statements or correspondence about your investments or pension from 2023 or earlier.

Can’t find your PIN, or having any other problems signing in? Give us a call on 03455 28 88 88.

Yes. With our new service we’ll send information securely to your account and put it in the post too. To turn off paper just sign into Online Service and choose Go paperless from your homepage or Profile.
