How to set up a Direct Debit

Register your card in the app
Setting up a Direct Debit so you don't miss monthly payments is easy. You can do it in the app. First you'll need to register your card.
You'll need:
- Your new Virgin Money Credit Card
- The App from the App Store, or Google Play for Android (search 'Virgin Money Credit Card').Link opens in a new window

Set up a Direct Debit
You'll need:
- Your App sign in details
- Your bank account details
What to do
- Sign in to the app.
- Once you've signed in, choose 'Payments' from the menu at the bottom of the screen, then 'Manage regular payments'.
- From here you can set up a new Direct Debit or change the amount you're paying.
Other ways to pay
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill each month, but you can also make a debit card payment in the App.
