For anything else, including changes to business loans, get in touch.

You'll need:

• To know when your next Direct Debit payment is due. You can't change it if it's due in the next 14 days. To find out, check when your last payments came out of your account.
• The new current account details, if you're changing the account you pay your Direct Debit from.
