Stay in control of your spending
- Open your app and tap your profile icon on the top right
- Tap 'Alerts and notifications', then 'Notifications' and toggle on 'Allow notifications'
- Tap 'Account alerts', select your M Power Account and choose the alerts you'd like to receive
FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
Get alerts when they run low or when they spend
- Open your app
- Tap your profile icon on the top right corner of your screen
- Select ‘Manage your cards’ and choose the linked M Power card you want to get alerts for
- Tap ‘Transaction alerts’ and select the alerts you’d like to receive. Top tip - set the transaction amount first and then decide if you want to choose different transaction methods.
