Cancel a subscription

There are two routes to cancel. Most subscriptions will start in the app then move you into the retailer's cancellation process. Some subscriptions can be cancelled without leaving the app.

You’ll find two guides on this page, one for each route. If, after selecting ‘cancel subscription’, the screen in the guide doesn’t match what you see in the app, try the other guide.
