Withdraw and transfer to another ISA provider

To transfer your ISA to another provider please contact the new ISA provider and complete their ISA transfer authority form. They'll then contact us to arrange the transfer.
To avoid any penalties please make sure the ISA transfer is made on or after the date of maturity. You'll be able to request this when you complete your ISA transfer form.
If you want to transfer out of a Fixed Rate ISA prior to maturity, a penalty charge may be applied. Please view your ISA terms and conditions to find out what the penalty may be.
