How to sign in to Online Service

To sign in to Online Service please follow the instructions below:

Please note the screenshots in our guides show how Online Service will look on your PC or laptop. It will look different if you are using a mobile but the steps involved are all exactly the same.

  1. Select the 'Sign in' link on the My Virgin Money Credit Card page.
  2. Enter your Customer ID, (this will be the one you set up when you registered for Online Service – some people use their email address) and choose the ‘Sign in’ button.

    Tip

    Your Customer ID has at least 8 characters and could contain letters, numbers and special characters (you created this at registration - some people use their email address)

    Forgotten your Customer ID?

    If you have forgotten your Customer ID, you can request an email reminder link opens in a new window. It only takes a couple of minutes and all you will need is your:

    • 16 digit number;
    • Email address;
    • Date of birth.
    • Your mobile number.

  3. You’ll then be asked for some random characters from your password and passcode (you set these up when you registered for Online Service).

    Please enter these details carefully, only enter one character per field. We do not automatically tab you to the next input field when you have entered the requested character.

    Your password has at least 8 characters and will contain at least 3 of the following: lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers or special characters.

    Your passcode is a 6 digit number.

    Forgotten your Password or Passcode?

    If you have forgotten your password or passcode you can reset it online Link opens in a new window. It only takes a couple of minutes and all you will need is your:

    • 16 digit number;
    • Mother's maiden name;
    • Date of birth.
    • Your mobile phone number

  4. Once you have successfully signed in you will see a welcome screen with a summary of your credit card account. When you have finished choose the 'Sign out' link to leave online service.
