Look out for your local hub
Has a Banking Hub popped up on your local high street? They're dedicated places that customers from lots of banks can use. That includes you.
Inside there's a banking counter run by the Post Office. Head there for everyday banking, like paying in cash or cheques.
For more detailed stuff, there's also a community banker. Banks take turns to run this service, and place a rep in a hub on certain days. So just check when it's our turn and drop in.

Experts on hand
On our community banker days, our rep can handle most things. Sometimes they might need to call another expert or use your device, so bring your phone or tablet.
Here are just some of the things they can help with:
- App, telephone and online banking
- Payments and transferring money
- Lost, stolen or replacement cards
- Changing your PIN
- Providing proof of identity
- Bereavement and power of attorney
- Money worries or debt management
- Preventing or dealing with fraud
