Look out for your local hub
Has a Banking Hub popped up on your local high street? They're dedicated places that customers from lots of banks can use. That includes you.
Inside there's a banking counter run by the Post Office. Head there for everyday banking, like paying in cash or cheques.
For more detailed stuff, there's also a community banker. Banks take turns to run this service, and place a rep in a hub on certain days. So just check when it's our turn and drop in.

For hands on help with banking basics, head to the counter at any hub.
- Pay in cash or cheques
- Have your card and PIN handy
- Withdraw cash or view your balance
- You'll need your card and PIN for this too
- Make a payment
- Bring the pre-printed bank giro slip, usually at the bottom of bills
- Get a new card or PIN
- If your card is missing don't wait, use the app or contact us now

Experts on hand
On our community banker days, our rep can handle most things. Sometimes they might need to call another expert or use your device, so bring your phone or tablet.
Here are just some of the things they can help with:
