You can use a signature stamp instead of signing your name. This can be used in Store to confirm your identity. We can give you a signature stamp if you don’t already have one.

We aim to ensure that all our Stores can be accessed by all customers. Most of our locations have wheelchair access and an automatic door opening. You can check which of our Stores are accessible by using a filter on our Store finder. Select ‘Filters’ and then ‘Disabled Access’.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all our Stores.
If you have any questions about access, please get in touch with your local Store before your visit. Let us know how we can best support you and feel free to book an appointment in advance.

Our Store cash machines are installed at an accessible height for wheelchair users wherever possible. If you have any problems accessing or using one of our cash machines, please ask a Store colleague for help.

Your device can be set up to be voice controlled. To do this, search your settings for 'voice recognition' or 'dictation' options.
Parts of our website still need to be updated to improve the voice recognition experience. If you have any problems, let us know.

Current accounts: Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm.
