Why digital access matters
Being online is now essential for managing money, accessing support and staying in touch. But, not everyone has the tools or confidence to do it. That's where we come in.
We're working with Good Things Foundation to get you the tools, access and support you need.

Need help with digital tools, data or a device?
We're part of the National Databank, powered by Good Things Foundation. It's like a foodbank but for mobile data.
Here's what we can offer:
- A free SIM with 25GB of data for 12 months
- Help to keep you safe online
- Referrals to support if you're not near one of our branches
We set up the new SIM, charged his device, and made sure everything was working.
He was thrilled as this will make a massive difference, not only in speaking with friends and family but also attending hospital appointments via Zoom.

Need a different kind of support?
We know life doesn't always fit into neat boxes.
If you need support beyond digital tools, we'll work with you to find what fits.
For example, we can help if you:
- Are a carer or managing someone else's finances
- Are going through illness or bereavement
- Have a disability or accessibility need
