How often will my fund value be updated?

We update your fund value overnight every day between Monday and Friday, except if it's a bank holiday.

You can view your balance in our app and in Online Service. We'll show you the current value and the date your balance was last updated.

If you'd prefer to check your balance by phone, you can use our automated phone service on 03455 28 52 85.
