How Banking Hubs work

Banking Hubs are owned by Cash Access UK and run in partnership with nine major banks.

Each hub offers two types of in-person support under one roof:

Everyday banking counter

Run by the Post Office, where you can do things like pay in or take out cash.

Community bankers

Representatives from different banks, including Virgin Money, are available on set days for more detailed support.

Virgin Money community bankers visit selected hubs. When we're there, we can help with things like managing payments, reporting fraud, updating your details or helping you get set up online.
