Step-by-step guide

1. Open your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app

2. Select the profile icon. Then select 'Logout, access & security'

3. Select 'Change your password'

4. Select 'I've forgotten my password'

5. Select 'Send code'

6. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your registered mobile number. We'll never ask you for this code over the phone. If someone does, it's a scam. Hang up and call us immediately.

7. Enter a new password. Make sure it meets the requirements on the screen.

8. Enter it again, just to be sure

9. Great! You've successfully changed your password
