Step-by-step guide
1. Open your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app

2. Select 'Forgotten your passcode?'

3. Enter a new six-digit passcode that meets the requirements

4. Passcode checklist

5. Enter it again, just to be sure

6. Enter your online banking password

7. Enter the one-time passcode sent to your registered mobile number. We'll never ask you for this code over the phone. If someone does, it's a scam. Hang up and call us immediately.

8. Great! You've successfully changed your passcode

9. You can now log in to the app
