Speak Easy cards use simple words and pictures to help you explain what you need.
Point to a card and our colleagues will understand straight away.
They make conversations easier because:
- You don’t have to worry about finding the right words
- You’ll get clear support quickly
- There’s less chance of being misunderstood
Where to find them
Speak Easy cards are availble in every Virgin Money branch, and in Banking Hubs on the days our team is there.
You’ll usually find them:
- On the counter
- On tables in the banking hall
- Or ask a colleague if you can use them
You can use the cards to ask about everyday services or extra help, like speaking somewhere quieter or asking us to slow down.
Who they’re for
Speak Easy cards are for anyone who finds speaking difficult. This might be because of:
- Hearing loss
- A speech or language difference
- Neurodivergence or a learning disability
- A physical or mental health condition
- Mobility or dexterity challenges
- English not being your first language
They give you another way to communicate in branch, so you can choose what works best for you.
