We recently wrote to you to tell you that we would be closing your passbook account soon. While our Passbook Accounts have worked well for many of our customers over the years, there are now new ways to manage your money.
Remember, you’ve got a couple of options:
Keep saving with us
We’d love for you to continue saving with us and we have other accounts that have higher interest rates and offer easier and more convenient ways to manage your money. As well as taking you through these products in detail and offering support with using our digital services, our Store team can arrange to transfer the funds from your existing account into a new one. You can also head to Virgin Money savings to see which of our other accounts take your fancy.
Close your account
We’d be sorry to see you go, but if you want to close your account, simply pop into any of our Stores, where our team will take you through your options for closing your Passbook Account. They’ll need to see up-to-date photo ID when you visit, like your Passport, or UK Photocard Driving Licence.
