As stated in the terms and conditions of the mortgage, interest is charged on a daily basis. If redemption takes place after the date specified, any daily interest quoted should be added to the redemption figure provided. There is no need to request an additional statement.
It is also important to confirm to our customers that if the amount to repay the mortgage is received after the 25th of the month, arrangements will already be in place to collect the Direct Debit for the 1st of the following month.
Any monthly payment received following redemption will be returned to the originating bank within 10 working days of full redemption. No further action will be needed.
