If your meeting overruns, we're happy to let you stay a bit longer if we can, but this will depend on if we have other bookings. We politely ask guests to ensure that their meeting doesn't run beyond the store closing time of 4pm.
Unfortunately you can't book any extra equipment, but all our rooms have charging points for your devices and some of our rooms offer screens.
