If your meeting overruns, we're happy to let you stay a bit longer if we can, but this will depend on if we have other bookings. We politely ask guests to ensure that their meeting doesn't run beyond the branch closing time of 4pm.
Unfortunately you can't book any extra equipment, but all our rooms have charging points for your devices and some of our rooms offer screens.
The maximum capacities for each location can be found above. Due to the popularity of our meeting rooms, most of our Branch locations require a minimum of 4 attendees to book a room, with the exception of our Leeds Branch, which can accommodate smaller bookings.
Smaller groups are welcome to use our co-working spaces for informal meetings. Check out the list above to find which Branches have co-working areas.
