Log in to the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or Business Internet Banking. If you don’t have either, please contact 0800 756 0800.
Go to secure messages. On the app, choose the mail icon or go to Help > Messages and documents. For Business Internet Banking, you can find the link on the home screen.
Choose ‘Business Notice withdrawal’ from the drop down menu and then the account you’d like to make a withdrawal from.
Complete the form with the details of your withdrawal and select ‘Send Message’. You can also select your account on your Business Internet Banking homepage and choose “Withdraw your money”.
