What you'll need
This should take around 15-20 minutes and you should have the following documents before starting:
1. Business details:
- Companies House name or registration number
- Financial information, including business turnover
2. Personal details:
- For people who own or control 25% or greater of the business as well as any Directors or Senior Management (Chairperson, Chief Executive/Managing Director and Head of Finance or Treasury)
- Three year address history of anyone you want to operate and use this account, plus anyone who owns or controls 25% or greater of the business
You may need to provide a live selfie and an identity document to confirm who you are with our identity partners HooYu.
The person applying for the account must:
- be the sole Company Director
- have the authority to apply for this account on behalf of the business
