If any Instagram account makes you want to travel the world to visit new places, this is it. ‘An insider’s guide to the world’, Conde Nast Traveller has over 1.6million followers for good reason. From dreamy beach locations to dramatic landscapes, such as Greenland, this account really does have something for everyone.
3. Johnny Golden
Johnny travels the world with Kyle and captures incredible shots in very colourful locations along the way. In 2020, Kyle spent some time exploring India, which he describes as ‘the experience of a lifetime’ – judging by his photos, we’d have to agree!
This account champions sustainable, positive and mindful travel. Ellie and Ravi are a British-Indian couple discovering new places and finding sustainable travel projects along the way. They encourage their followers to explore and make the world a better place via their inspiring photos and interesting tips and stories.
5. Christianne Risman
Christianne is a travel vlogger, video producer and a bit of a digital nomad, as her work takes her all over the world. She’s a source of inspiration for solo travellers, especially solo female travellers, and her Instagram oozes confidence and independence. Her recent Mexico photos have made us crave the feeling of the sun on our faces ASAP.
6. Kip Hideaways
This account has a specific focus on small, boutique destinations with soul and is the one for you if you’re thinking of holiday in the UK this year. We’ve discovered so many beautiful locations thanks to this Instagram – from hideaways in Norfolk to coastal breaks in Kent, shepherd’s huts in the New Forest and off-grid escapes in Scotland. 7. The Luxury Editor Magazine
If you’re a lover of luxury, you’ll be a fan of this account. The Luxury Editor Magazine Link opens in a new window covers everything from sunny city breaks to ski holidays, tropical island adventures and beach escapes – all through a luxurious lens. The photos showcase incredible, aspirational locations and we reckon they’re enough to inspire you to start saving up!
8. Elayna Carausu
In November 2019, this family received a lot of media attention when they sailed Greta Thunberg from Virginia to Lisbon for the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Madrid.
