Who can enter?

  • You need to be 18 or over and resident in the UK.
  • Sorry, Virgin Money (Clydesdale Bank PLC) employees and contractors can’t enter.
  • Anyone who has been involved in running this Prize Draw can’t enter.

When can you enter?

  • You can enter anytime between 9am on Monday 24th March 2025 and 12pm on Friday 28th April 2025.

How do you enter?

Enter via our prize draw post that is shared from the @VirginMoney and @VirginWines Instagram pages, or the @VirginMoneyUK Facebook page.

  1. If you enter via Instagram, follow @VirginMoney and @VirginWines (if you haven’t already).
  2. If you enter via Facebook, like @VirginMoneyUK and @VirginWines (if you haven’t already).
  3. Comment and tag someone special and tell us why you appreciate them.
  4. You can’t enter on behalf of anyone else.
  5. You can only enter once.

How will the winner be chosen?

  • We’ll choose the winner at our discretion by Friday 28th April 2025.
  • We’ll contact the winner via Instagram or Facebook DM.
  • We will re-draw if the winner doesn’t respond to our Instagram or Facebook DM within 5 days or isn’t eligible to win.

What is the Prize?

  • We’re giving away 1 x promotional case of pre-selected wines from our friends at www.virginwines.co.uk.
  • The winner will be sent a Virgin Wines redemption code via Instagram or Facebook DMs allowing them to claim 1 x case of Virgin Wines which includes 12x mixed bottles in the case.
  • If you’d prefer to receive a case of non-alcoholic wine, you can select that option with Virgin Wines instead.
  • Your redemption code can be used until 11th April 2025. Make sure to redeem your code before then.
  • You can redeem your prize at https://partners.virginwines.co.uk/virginmoneyswitch/.
  • If you win, you can't change your Prize for anything else, including cash. Also, you can’t give your Prize to anyone else (…why would you want to?!)
  • You can only win one prize.

How do you know if you have won?

  • We’ll contact the winner via Instagram or Facebook DMs by Friday 28th March 2025 to tell them they’ve won the Prize. The winner will need to respond to our message to confirm that they would like to accept the prize within 5 days.
  • We’ll send the Prize to the winner by Friday 28th March 2025. The winner will be issued a redemption code via Instagram or Facebook DMs with instructions on how to claim their prize. You must use your voucher code by 11th April 2025, after which time it will expire.

What else do you need to know?

  • We’ll use your personal information to help us run the Prize Draw. You can find out more about how we use your personal information at https://uk.virginmoney.com/security/.
  • Although we’ll be working closely with our friends at Virgin Wines, we aren't responsible for their offers or any marketing on their websites. Just get in touch with them if you have any queries or concerns.
  • Other entrants can ask us for the winner’s surnames and the county where they live, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Virgin Money Mother’s Day Prize Draw 2025, Virgin Money, Jubilee House, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4PL. The winner agrees that we can tell other entrants or the Advertising Standards Authority these details, if asked. If the winner has concerns about this, they can get in touch to discuss.
  • This Prize Draw is being run by us, so you’re only providing your details to us and not Instagram or Facebook.
  • Only English law applies to this Prize Draw.
  • If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t because it’s something we can’t reasonably control, or it’s not our fault, then we may have to make changes to this Prize Draw. This includes suspending or ending it early. We can make such changes without giving you notice. However, we’ll try our best to avoid making changes. And we’ll try to minimise any disappointment to you when we make changes.
  • On the odd occasion, disputes happen in relation to prize draws. We really hope to avoid them! If any problems come up, we will try to resolve them quickly. We’ll make the final decision in relation to any issues relating to the running of this Prize Draw.
