All you need to know now that the housing market has been released from lockdown in England.

With news last week that the housing market in England is starting to reopen, and estate agents going back to work and able to restart property viewings, we caught up with two of the UK’s top property experts - Lucian Cook from Savills and Tim Hyatt from Knight Frank - to get a housing market update and their views on what this means for buyers and sellers right now.
