Virgin Red wellness prize draw

  1. Who can enter?
    • You need to be 18 or over and a resident in the UK.
    • Sorry, Virgin Money (Clydesdale Bank PLC) employees and contractors can’t enter.
    • Anyone who has been involved in running this Prize Draw can’t enter.
  2. When can you enter?
    • You can enter anytime between 9am Tuesday 2 May 2023 and midnight Wednesday 31 May 2023.
  3. How do you enter?
    • Enter via our prize draw post that is shared from the @VirginMoney and @VirginRed Instagram page.
    • Follow @VirginMoney and @VirginRed, if you aren’t already.
    • Tag someone in the comments who deserves a treat and tell us why.
    • You can only enter once.
    • You can’t enter on behalf of someone else.
  4. How will the winner be chosen?
    • On a random basis by a computer process.
    • We will re-draw if the winner doesn’t respond within 5 days of being contacted or isn’t eligible to win.
  5. What is the Prize?
    • We’re giving away 250,000 Virgin Points. There will be 21 winners in total and the first 10 winners drawn will win 17,000 Points each, the following 5 winners drawn will win 10,000 Virgin Points each and then the following 6 winners drawn will win 5,000 Virgin Points each.
    • If you win, you can't change your Prize for anything else, including cash. Also, you can’t give your Prize to anyone else (…why would you want to?!)
    • You can only win one prize.
  6. How do you know if you have won?
    • We’ll contact the winners on Instagram by Friday 9 June 2023 to tell them they’ve won the Prize. The winners need to respond to our message to confirm that they would like to accept the prize.
    • In order to receive your Prize, you will need to be or become a member of the Virgin Red programme and accept the Programme Terms and Conditions Link opens in a new window
    • We’ll send the Prize to the winners by Friday 16 June 2023. Each winner will be issued a voucher code via Instagram DMs with instructions to allow them to credit the Virgin Points to their Virgin Red account. You must use your voucher code within the period specified, after which time it will expire and the Virgin Points will be forfeited.
  7. What else do you need to know?
    • We’ll use your personal information to help us run the Prize Draw. You can find out more about how we use your personal information at
    • Although we’ll be working closely with our friends at Virgin Red, we aren't responsible for their offers or any marketing on their websites. Just get in touch with them if you have any queries or concerns.
    • Other entrants can ask us for the winners’ surnames and the county where they live, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Virgin Red Wellness Prize Draw, Virgin Money, Jubilee House, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4PL. The winners agree that we can tell other entrants these details, if other entrants ask. If the winners have concerns about this, they can get in touch to discuss.
    • This Prize Draw is being run by us, so you’re only providing your details to us and not Instagram.
    • Only English law applies to this Prize Draw.
    • If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t because it’s something we can’t reasonably control, or it’s not our fault, then we may have to make changes to this Prize Draw. This includes suspending or ending it early. We can make such changes without giving you notice. However, we’ll try our best to avoid making changes. And we’ll try to minimise any disappointment to you when we make changes.
    • On the odd occasion, disputes happen in relation to prize draws. We really hope to avoid them! If any problems come up, we will try to resolve them quickly. We’ll make the final decision in relation to any issues relating to the running of this Prize Draw.
