Looking to move with your mortgage?

Subject to lending policy in place at the time, it's really easy to take your mortgage with you when you move home - this is generally referred to as 'porting'. You can also apply for additional borrowing at the same.

Alternatively you may be able to apply for a new mortgage deal when you move, and providing you complete within three months, we'll refund 50% of any Early Repayment Charge applicable.
